Introducing:
Office Hours

Solutions that help
you keep the pace.

We know that your team is operating on a treadmill that doesn’t stop and start when problems come up. The calendar keeps moving forward even when you’re bumping up against problems like lack of clarity, communication gaps, or other challenges that nonprofits face.

Hiring a consultant is a big step, and sometimes it’s nice to work with someone that you have a relationship with. Office Hours is a chance for nonprofit leaders to get to know a consultant before initiating a bigger engagement, or to just pick the brain of a consultant for a problem that isn’t yet fleshed out enough to hire for a whole package.

Maybe you need some clarity on how to prioritize your next steps, need to talk through a staffing issue, or want to bounce some ideas off of someone as you are making big decisions. This limited scope offering means a lower financial entry point, but you will walk away with huge value.

Two appointment types:

30 Minute Feedback: $85

This 30 minute offering works best for those who have a simple problem that requires succinct feedback on. When you create your appointment you can attach materials (3 pages max) or a short narrative of whatever it is that you want to pick someone’s brain about. We’ll spend 30 minutes engaging with questions to help advance your perspective and some strategic next steps that will enable you to move forward.

Note: Depending on the scope of the problem, we may reply that it is a better fit for a 60 minute conversation. If you have questions about which appointment is best, feel free to send an email prior to scheduling.

60 Minute Consultation: $150

This 60 minute offering is designed for a deeper consultation. When you create your appointment include a brief description of the challenge you’d like to address; we’ll spend 60 minutes supporting you in the situation you are navigating. This may be questions about general nonprofit organization, board management, fundraising strategy, or another item.

I will be honest with you if I feel that your subject is outside the scope of my experience. I have a wide network of consultant friends to whom I would be happy to refer you for further conversation.
