Jocelyn Ennis Peirce
Grant Writer and Nonprofit Consultant
Every kid hears the question, “What do you want to do when you grow up?”
My answer has always been: I want to help people.
That answer led me to become an ordained minister, and I’ve been working with faith communities for 15 years. I know firsthand the feeling of budget crunches, staring down profit and loss statements.
In my work with faith communities I have partnered with countless nonprofits and other mission driven organizations. From food banks to mental health support, elder care and environmental stewardship, there are so many amazing people doing incredible work through nonprofits.
Starting a nonprofit is just the beginning. Funding is what moves your mission forward. But as a nonprofit leader, you have a lot on your plate.

Matthew Peirce
Grant Writing Project Manager
Matt is the organizational whiz behind our operation. He keeps us on target with timelines and deadlines, and he makes sure every document has every detail just right.
Matt has his M.Ed and is a public school social studies teacher. When he isn’t teaching or project managing, he’s keeping track of international soccer schedules and rooting for the New England Revolution.
Angela Fey
Grant Writing Associate
Angela is one of our grant writing associates. She has twenty years working with nonprofit organizations, ranging from faith based organizations to nonprofits in the healthcare sector. She has her BSW and a MA in intercultural studies. With a background in social work case management, her area of professional interest includes helping individuals or families affected by a disability access funding to support their needs.
In her spare time, Angela loves going camping with her family and going to concerts.
